Does Organic means it is prone to bacteria and micro-organisms?

Like any other surfaces or hydrated substances, anything exposed to air or bacteria are prone to it.

Steps taken to ensure safety and longer shelf-life are always considered (I.e., sanitation, disinfection, sterilization, certification of ingredients, heat processes, and packaging).

Ingredients that have natural water or humid are more prone to bacteria which means it has to be carefully dried or needs to have a natural preservative to protect it from any harmful barcterias and micro-organisms.
